ENDEAVOUR PSYCHOLOGY

Endeavour Psychology is a boutique psychological practice operating in a character building near Pakington Street in Geelong West.  Due to business expansion, we are welcoming a part-time receptionist to our team.  Hours of work (negotiable) are 9am to 1:30pm, 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday.  This is an on-site role at our Geelong West office with above award wages as per Health Professionals and Support Services Award. This opportunity would suit a psychology student looking to build their resume and gain industry experience. 

The role:

• Acting as first point of contact for clients, referrers, and members of the public
• Managing appointment bookings
• Maintaining electronic client files
• Processing payments
• Managing client waitlists in consultation with clinicians
• Maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment consistent with our 'less-paper' philosophy
• Creating social media content and blogs
• Compiling marketing resources
• Opportunity to contribute to development of client support materials such as group programs

Selection criteria:

• A positive can-do attitude
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Demonstrated empathy, maturity and responsibility consistent with being the public face of the organisation
• An appreciation of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
• Current Working With Children Check and police check
