Courage. Compassion. Change.
Endeavour Psychology is currently accepting referrals for child, adolescent, and adult appointments with our Psychologists and Mental Health Social Workers via the following referral pathways:
If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) under the federal government's Better Access initiative, you are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate for your sessions, up to annual session limits. As at 1st January 2024, Medicare rebates for mental health sessions are capped at a maximum of 10 individual sessions and 10 group sessions per calendar year. Click here for further information about Mental Health Treatment Plans.
Referrals can be sent to Endeavour Psychology via fax (03 5294 0088).

Consultations at Endeavour Psychology are available Australia-wide via telehealth; in-person in Geelong West; or at an appropriate external location such as a care facility, hospital, or workplace. The Australian Psychological Society recommended fee for a 50-minute psychology consultation is $311. Endeavour Psychology is committed to providing affordable quality healthcare services and as such, consultation fees per 50-minute session as of 1st January 2024 are as follows:
If attending via a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session up to annual session limits.
If attending via a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $96.65 per session up to annual session limits.
If attending via a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $85.20 per session up to annual session limits.
If attending via a Mental Health Treatment Plan and you have a valid Commonwealth concession or health care card, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $85.20 per session up to annual session limits.
Provisional Psychologists ('Interns') have completed 2–3 university degrees and are in the final stages of training. This is an accessible option for clients seeking quality psychological support. No Mental Health Treatment Plan is needed as sessions are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
Full payment is required on the day of consultation via electronic billing. Bulk billing is not available at Endeavour Psychology. Consultation fees subject to review on January 1st each year. Because Endeavour Psychology focuses strongly on engaging clients for assessment and treatment, letters or reports such as those for legal, insurance, or Centrelink purposes are not able to be provided. We recommend consulting with a forensic psychologist for such purposes.
For all clients except NDIS clients, Endeavour Psychology follows the cancellation fee recommendations of the Australian Psychological Society:
For NDIS clients, Endeavour Psychology follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document which states that a 100% session fee applies for non-attendance or cancellations with notice of less than 48 business hours (i.e., Monday–Friday).
These fees reflect the costs associated with maintaining our services, the clinician’s preparation time, and the missed opportunity for another client to access support. These cancellation fees apply to all clients, regardless of referral pathway. Clients attending via third parties such as DVA or TAC are individually liable for non-attendance and cancellation fees.
