Courage. Compassion. Change.
Endeavour Psychology provides psychological support for people experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties following a transport accident.
A transport accident can have an impact well beyond physical injuries. Our psychologists can support TAC clients experiencing concerns including anxiety or driving fears, trauma responses and PTSD, grief and loss, depression, stress, pain-related difficulties, and adjustment to injury or changed circumstances.
We provide evidence-based psychological treatment tailored to the individual and their transport accident-related needs.
We also provide grief and bereavement support following a death in a transport accident. TAC funds counselling for eligible family members following the death of a loved one. This can include a spouse or partner, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or sibling.
People who experience a mental injury following the death of someone in a transport accident may also be eligible to make their own TAC claim, including bereaved family members and friends.
Our psychologists have extensive experience supporting people following bereavement and loss, with Endeavour Psychology recognised for its particular focus and expertise in grief and bereavement. Our practice is led by Dr Lisa Burke, Clinical Psychologist and internationally recognised Fellow in Thanatology, with extensive experience in grief therapy, bereavement research, professional education, and media consultation.
We currently have appointments available for TAC clients with Registered and Provisional Psychologists, with no waitlist. Consultations are available in-person at our Geelong West clinic and Australia-wide via telehealth.
