Why Join Endeavour Psychology?

🌿 Focus on Meaningful Work
Help clients through significant life challenges, including bereavement, trauma, relationship changes, fertility issues, and health concerns.

🌿 Grief and Trauma Interest
Join a practice that values and supports your interest in grief and trauma therapy. You’ll work with clients presenting with a variety of complex grief and trauma experiences, including childhood trauma, trauma-related grief, and PTSD.

🌿 Mentorship, Supervision & Professional Development
Benefit from mentorship, individual supervision, and peer supervision led by Dr Lisa Burke, a Clinical Psychologist and internationally recognised grief practitioner and Fellow in Thanatology. PsyBA Board Approved Supervision is available for Clinical Psychology graduates completing their registrar program or 4+2 or 5+1 interns.

🌿 Supportive Team Culture
Be part of a collaborative, close-knit team where your ideas are valued, and professional growth is encouraged.

🌿 Advancement Opportunities
Opportunities for advancement into senior employment roles are available as your career develops.

🌿 Heritage-Listed, Calming Clinic
Work in a beautiful heritage-listed building near Pakington Street in Geelong West, featuring stained glass windows and charming interiors. Our thoughtfully designed rooms include sit-stand desks, comfortable chairs, and unique layouts with separate client entry and exit doors, ensuring privacy for clients.

🌿 Active Workload Model
We maintain a work-life balance with a manageable employee workload of no more than 5 clients per day, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care while also prioritising your well-being. You can work from two days per week (0.4 EFT) to full-time; or discuss contractor options if preferred over employee.

🌿 Above Award Remuneration & Benefits
We offer above award remuneration, with full time on-site administrative support tailored to your needs. If you’re more interested in a contractor role, we’d be happy to discuss flexible options with you.

🌿 Excellent Administrative Support
Our on-site admin team manages all aspects of referrals, scheduling, and billing, so you can focus entirely on your clinical work.

🌿 Opportunities for Group Therapy
Interested in leading group therapy? You’ll have the opportunity to design and deliver group programs in your areas of interest. Past programs have incorporated CBT, yoga, and art therapy.
